  I went in for a quick trim of my dead ends and bangs to be trimmed. I asked for nice thick swoopy bangs, ended up with bangs in chunks in the middle of my forehead. I had 3 women standing around trying to figure out how to undo the damage. I was trying to fight back tears as my bangs just kept getting shorter as they tried to fix it. I felt bad for the girl who butchered my hair cause I have a heart and I could see she was upset... but she's not the one walking around with this hairstyle... I wouldn't go back and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. I called my husband so upset... what a mess...
