  I have been going to Middletown Medical PT
  Since last March.
  Went before and now after my ankle replacement surgery...I would not go any wheres else..The entire straff from the Front desk to every single Therapist that has work with me are above and beyond awesome...And they all work together..and help each other when they need to..One great crew they are @!!!!!!
