  Terrible company to deal with. The delivered my tent early and almost ruined the surprise party I had planned for my husband. They didnt set up as I was told they would. I explained that I was five months pregnant and could get on a ladder to put the walls and light up. They didn't offer to come set up, Instead the manager said he would send someone to come pick up the tent and he would refund me. Still waiting for a refund a month later. Called several times they either dont answer, say they will look into it and call back or lie and say they are processing it but never do. They still have not refunded me almost $600.
